ALGOL’s image sensor called ‘Asensor2’ is used in the dimension test unit. Having placed an objective workpiece on the table, you press the button.
Then, the test unit measures the specified dimension(s), and makes a judgment according to the measured value(s) on whether the dimension(s) is OK or NG. As contents of the test, you may specify length, thickness, outer diameter, inner diameter, area, presence, bending, no. of items, and the like.
Using the test unit for a one-hundred percent inspection, or a selecting application, you can shorten the inspection time, and also eliminate a chance of human error.
All items required for your manual inspection are included in the test unit, which is ready for your inspection.
The exclusive-use USB mouse supplied as an accessory enables easy setup work. No extra unit, such as a PC, is needed.
By way of registering maximum eight workpiece types and switching operation, you can easily change a workpiece type.
